Ingredients
- MEAT MIXTURE:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 10 ounces pkg. frozen corn
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 ounces can sliced olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - egg
How To Make tamale pot pie

Step 1In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining meat mixture ingredients and heat to boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.

Step 2In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Spread topping mixture over meat.

Step 3Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes or until crust is light brown.
