Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 8oz ounces tomato sauce
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 4oz cans sliced black olives
- 1 - egg beaten
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
How To Make tamale pie

Step 1Brown meat w/onion and garlic and chili powder till no longer pink.

Step 2Add 2 cans of tomato sauce and 1 can of the corn and cook a few more minutes.

Step 3In a small bowl beat 1 egg slightly-add 1 cup of yellow cornmeal and 1/2 cup of milk.

Step 4Add to meat mixture and stir well. Add 1 can of olives.

Step 5Pour into greased 13 X 9 baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
