Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef/ turkey
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 package tortillas, flour
- 1/4-1/2 cup cheese, shredded
How To Make tacosagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Brown meat with onions and peppers until no longer pink.

Step 3Add all spices and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Step 4Add tomatoes, corn, and beans.

Step 5Add the cream cheese and stir until combined and melted.

Step 6In an oven proof baking dish (I use a 9in. spring form pan) place a small spoonful of mixture on bottom (or olive oil) and then top with a tortilla. Now layer the mixture and tortillas. I like to top mine with mixture and shredded cheese so the tortilla does not get too crunchy.

Step 7Bake in oven for about 20-25 minutes until melty and delicious.
