  • 1 small
    bell pepper
  • 1 small
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    beans, drained
  • 1 c
    corn, canned or frozen
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    tortillas, flour
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    cheese, shredded

How to Make Tacosagna

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown meat with onions and peppers until no longer pink.
  3. Add all spices and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, corn, and beans.
  5. Add the cream cheese and stir until combined and melted.
  6. In an oven proof baking dish (I use a 9in. spring form pan) place a small spoonful of mixture on bottom (or olive oil) and then top with a tortilla. Now layer the mixture and tortillas. I like to top mine with mixture and shredded cheese so the tortilla does not get too crunchy.
  7. Bake in oven for about 20-25 minutes until melty and delicious.
