Ingredients
- - 2 lbs. ground beef ( browned & drained)
- - 2 pks. of hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- - 3 taco seasoning mix
- - 2 cans of red beans
- - 3 cans of chili beans
- - 4 cans of whole kernel corn
- - 2 cans of mexican diced tomatoes
- - 3 cans of regular diced tomatoes
How To Make taco soup
-
Step 1Brown the ground meat and drain. Mix the ranch mix and the taco seasoning into the meat. Add all the can ingredients, undrained, to mixture. Then just simmer for about an hour and season to taste. I just add a little salt to mine. Serve over rice as a dish or serve with crackers as a soup!!

Step 2Keep in mind that I am from the south. So some of my recipes, like this one, are a little spicy. You may want to substitute regular diced tomatoes instead of the mexican ones or just substitute one of them. I hope ya'll enjoy!! Let me know what you think. Ginger, the kids and myself love this recipe.
