1 pkg
lipton's onion soup mix
16 oz
taco chips
1 c
grated mild cheddar cheese
1 bunch
red leaf lettuce
1 bunch
broccoli florets
1 bunch
2 large
2 large
10 oz
bean sprouts, fresh

How to Make Taco Salad


  • 1Cut up all the veggies into a nice large salad bowl.
  • 2Cover the salad with taco chips.
  • 3Cover the taco chips with the grated cheese.
  • 4Brown ground beef & add package of onion soup mix to it. Let this simmer for about 10 minutes until meat is all browned. Now carefully pour the ground beef mixture over the cheese.
  • 5Serve salad while meat is still hot. Cheese should have melted through to the salad & softened the chips. Add your favorite salad dressing & enjoy.
