Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- I jar salsa our picante
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese your choice
- 4 medium peppers. color of choice
- 1 package taco seasoning. ( our to taste )
How To Make taco peppers

Step 1Brown meat and add taco seasoning

Step 2Add diced onions

Step 3Add rest of ingredients one at a time and incorporate

Step 4Cover and let simmer while preparing peppers.

Step 5Cut tops off peppers. Clean out insides and rinse out with water.

Step 6Plane peppers in nonstick pan and place in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 7After removing peppers from oven, full peppers with meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Return to oven and cook for 15 minutes. 350 degrees.
