2 french bread tacos
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground round
- 2 teaspoons ea. of cumin, garlic granules, and chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion granules
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 - loaves of french bread
- 8 slices real american cheese
- 6-8 ounces grated cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 - tomato chopped
- - lettuce opt
- - taco sauce
How To Make taco on a bun

Step 1Cook ground round with spices till done. Add salt to taste. Chop onions and tomatoes.

Step 2Cut off top 1/3 of sub buns and hollow out slightly by removing some of the bread inside (do not go all the way through to the bottom of the bun).

Step 3Place american cheese on bun, top with taco meat, onion, grated cheese and tomato (lettuce, opt). Add taco sauce on top id desired.
