Taco Monkey Bread

Ingredients

1 lblean (at least 80%) ground beef

1 Tbsptaco seasoning mix
-
2 can(s)flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
-
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz)
-
1/2 cchopped tomato
-
1/4 cchopped red onion
-
1 Tbspchopped cilantro
-
1 mediumlime, squeezed (1 to 2 tablespoons juice)

·salt and pepper to taste
-
1 1/2 cshredded iceberg lettuce
-
1/2 csour cream
How to Make Taco Monkey Bread
- Preheat oven to 350*.
Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan. - Cook ground beef in large skillet with taco seasoning over medium-high heat. Cook until meat is browned. Set aside.
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Toss biscuit pieces with ground beef & cheddar cheese in large mixing bowl. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. - Toss the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- On a serving plate, place lettuce and invert the bread onto lettuce.
Top with sour cream and tomato mixture.
