This is such an easy and satisfying recipe. The recipe and picture comes from Pillsbury. It takes very little time to prepare and would also be a good treat to serve to the Football fans in the family...I hope you will enjoy this.

- 1 package el paso taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup el paso thick n chunky salsa
- 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 can pillsbury grands bisquits
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
- 1 cup sour cream, optional

Step 11 Heat oven to 375°F. 2 In medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked ground beef until thickened. 3 Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Fold dough over filling and press to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. 4 Bake 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa, cheese and sour cream.
