Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cheddar cheese,divided
- 3 - (16 oz.) containers of jumbo buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make taco cups

Step 1In large skillet over medium-high heat,cook and crumble beef until no longer pink;drain off grease.

Step 2Add seasoning according to package directions;stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese.Set aside.

Step 3Using 2 muffin pans, press biscuits into each muffin well and up sides.Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese. 4.Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.Serve with lettuce,tomatoes and sour cream.
