I love love love these! so simple to make. A yummier new way in having a Taco!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese,divided
  • 3 - (16 oz.) containers of jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream

How To Make taco cups

  • Step 1
    In large skillet over medium-high heat,cook and crumble beef until no longer pink;drain off grease.
  • Step 2
    Add seasoning according to package directions;stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese.Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Using 2 muffin pans, press biscuits into each muffin well and up sides.Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese. 4.Bake in a preheated 400* oven for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.Serve with lettuce,tomatoes and sour cream.
