Good and different Easy Kids like. You can substitute spaghetti seasoning mix(dry) for the taco mix. Preheat oven to 375.

Ingredients For taco crescents

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning (i buy the less sodium pkg)
  • 1 c
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    chedder cheese,shredded
  • 2 can
    refrigerated (8oz)crescent rolls

How To Make taco crescents

    Brown beef and drain well. ( I put mine in a strainer and run HOT water over it then strain well)If you do this you can use ground chuck and have no excess fat.

    Put back in pan and add seasoning mix and tomato sauce.Stir to combine and set aside. Separate the Crescent dough into 16 triangles.

    Stir cheese into meat mixture. Place 1 rounded Tablespoon on widest part of each triangle and spread over dough. Roll up starting with the shortest side of triangle. Roll to opposite point.

    Place roll point side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 min. or until golden brown. 375 degrees
