I have not made this for a very long time, but I came across this recipe and had to add it.

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz?)
- 1 can small jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 can 10 oz black olives, sliced
- 1 cup grated cheedar cheese
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 large bag taco chips; flavor of your choice.
How To Make taco casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain; set aside. Saute finely chopped onion and put in drained ground beef.

Step 2In a large soup pot combine, cream of mushroom soups, enchilada sauce, jalepenos and simmer for 20 minutes. The add milk and simmer another 10 minutes.

Step 3Add the beef, onions and olives to the above mixture and bring to a boil.

Step 4Line the bottom of a large casserole dish with crushed taco chips. Pour hamburger mixture over the chips. Top with grated cheese.

Step 5Place in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
