How To Make taco burgers
-
Step 1Crumble meat in bowl. Combine all the seasonings and add to meat. Break egg into mixture, work into meat with your hands. Add breadcrumbs and combine well.
-
Step 2Divide meat into 4 patties, making thinner in center w/thicker edges. Place in skillet and cook over medium heat, turning over halfway through time. I did mine about 10 min first, then 5 on second side for well done.
-
Step 3Remove burgers from skillet and blot with paper towelling to absorb any excess grease.
-
Step 4Place buns on platter, put 1 Tblsp. salsa on each top & bottom of buns, then layer lettuce, burger, cheese, tomato and sour cream. Top with other half of bun and enjoy!
