My mom made this for us when we where kids. It is so good & hearty. I make cabbage & mash potatoes as side-dish. I now cook it for my husben & he loves it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion ( chopped )
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper ( chopped )
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can bean with bacon soup
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 package cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
How To Make taco burger

Step 1Mix ground beef, onion, bell pepper, egg, and taco seasoning together. Pat out 4 patties and cook to no longer pink. Drain the grease off of patties and return patties to skillet.

Step 2In a bowl mix bean & bacon soup and enough water to make it creamy. Pour over patties. Dice tomatoes and spread over top. Sprinkle cheese over top. ( I use 2 cups of cheese, We like it cheesey )

Step 3Turn the oven on to 325 degree's. Place the skillet in the oven and cook about 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
