I Just had all the ingredients ,and since I consider myself an excellent cook,I threw it all together!
Ground Beef,Taco Seasoning,Onion,Green chilies,Tomato Sauce,Crushed Tortilla Chips, & Shredded Cheese! My Family LOVES IT!

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 medium
    yellow onion,chopped
  • 1 small
    can green chillies
  • 1 can(s)
    corn kernels,drained
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 2 clove
  • 1
    taco seasoning mix packet
  • 1-1/2 c
    tortilla chips,slightly crushed
  • 1-2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans,rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes

How to Make Taco Beef Casserole


  1. In a nonstick Skillet, brown grown beef on med-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain off grease.
    Reduce heat and add Onion & Garlic until onion is translucent. Add Taco Seasoning Packet. Stir to combined Add Black Beans,tomato Sauce,Diced Tomatoes,Corn & Green Chilies. Simmer for 10 min.
  2. Preheat Oven to 350.

    In a greased 13 x 9 Baking Dish,add Meat mixture.
    Layer Crushed Tortilla Chips,then layer Cheese. Bake 20 min. or until Cheese is melted! Top each individual serving with Sour Cream! Enjoy!
