I wanted something qiick, easy and delicious on my baked potato and I came up with this recipe. My husband and I loved it.

Ingredients For taco baked potato

  • 4 l
    baking potatoes
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    taco flavored doritos, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • butter or margarine

How To Make taco baked potato

  • 1
    Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until soft. In skillet brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning. Open potato add butter, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper, top with ground beef mixture and doritos.
