Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup picante sauce
1 package frozen corn {12 oz. }birds eye super sweet corn
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 package cheese-garlic biscuits mix(bisquick complete)

How To Make taco bake

Step 1

Cook ground beef and drain.Preheat 450F.grease a 9X9 pan.

Step 2

Add taco seasoning;picante sauce(you can use mild;med;or hot)and corn. Heat until hot.
Step 3

Transfer meat mixture to pan top with chesse.Mix biscuit mix up; Drop dough by the spoonfuls on top.
Step 4

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5

* you can use cornbread mix instead of biscuits...I do ...its good both ways.
