Ingredients

1 lbground beef, cooked

1/2 mediumyellow onion, diced

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

1 can(s)tomato sauce, medium size can
-
1 can(s)dark red kidney beans, drained
-
1 can(s)rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained
-
3 cslightly crushed tortilla chips
-
1 pkgmexican blend shredded cheese
How to Make Taco Bake
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown ground beef, add onion and garlic. Let cook until onions are tender.
- Add taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce, kidney beans and rotel tomatoes to skillet, let cook for 10 minutes.
- Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spoon a layer of beef mixture into casserole dish, then add a layer of tortillas, then cheese. Repeat layers depending on how deep your casserole dish is, top layer should be cheese.
- Cover and place in oven, cook until cheese on top is melted and bubbly, approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with a side of sour cream.
