ground beef
chopped onion
3/4 c
1 pkg
taco seasoning
2 can(s)
tomato sauce, 15 ounces
8 oz
macaroni, dry
4 oz
green chiles, chopped
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese


1In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
2Add the water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce; mix.
3Simmer for 20 minutes.
4Transfer to slow cooker.
5Stir in macaroni and chopped green chiles.
6Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
7In the last 30 minutes of cooking top with shredded cheddar cheese.
