1Cut steak into squares; flour, salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet with little oil. Mix soup and tomatoes together; pour over meat; cut green pepper into strips. Cut onions into rings. Place onion rings and pepper strips on top of meat mixture. Cook all ingredients about an hour, very low, until steak is tender. Serve over rice. ENJOY!
