Ingredients

2 Tbspall-purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 1/2 lbboneless beef round steak, cut in six pieces

1medium onion, sliced

1celery rib, sliced

214-15 oz. cans of tomato sauce
How to Make Swiss Steak
- In a large resealable bag combine flour, salt and pepper. Add steak, seal bag and toss to coat. Place onion in a greased crock pot. Top with steak, celery, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
