I got this recipe from my mother, although I don't know where she found it. I love, love, love my crock pot and this recipe is so easy to put together. I make this at least twice a month.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef round steak, cut in six pieces
- 1 - medium onion, sliced
- 1 - celery rib, sliced
- 2 - 14-15 oz. cans of tomato sauce
How To Make swiss steak

Step 1In a large resealable bag combine flour, salt and pepper. Add steak, seal bag and toss to coat. Place onion in a greased crock pot. Top with steak, celery, and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
