How to Make Swiss steak


  1. Put meat tenderizer on meat.Then cut steak in strips.Put oil, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper and steak strips in skillet and lightly brown .Add tomatoes cover and simmer about 2 hours or until meat is tender.6 servings
