Ingredients
- 1 - 1/2 pounds round steak, tenderized
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, cut into rings
- 1 can golden mushroom soup (do not substitute)
- 1 - #2 can tomatoes
How To Make swiss steak

Step 1Cut steak into squares; flour, salt and pepper. Brown in a skillet with little oil. Mix the soup and tomatoes together and pour over the meat; add onion rings and bell pepper strips on top. Cook about an hour on very low or until steak is tender. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Step 2This could be baked in the oven at 300 degrees for about 2 - 2/12 hours or in a crock pot. I baked this in the oven for about 2 1/2 hours.
