Ingredients
- 5-6 pounds chuck steak,
- 3 large onions sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 large can of v8 juice
How To Make swiss steak

Step 1In a large roasting pan layer the chuck steak and the veggies.. salt and peppering each layer to taste.

Step 2Pour over the V-8 Juice.

Step 3Cover and bake in a 300 degree oven for 3-4 hours or until the meat is fork tender,
