1Remove as much fat from meat. Cut in chunks, about 3 oz each.
2Mix flour and salt & pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture.
3Brown meat on both sides in frying pan with oil. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4Place meat in large/deep roasting pan. Pour on top the tomatoe Juice, diced tomatoes. Sprinkle allspice over top. Cover with foil and bake in a 250 degree oven for 4-5 hours or until meat is fork tender like a pot roast.
