Ingredients For sweet & sour meatloaf

1 1/2 lb

chopped meat
1/2 c

bread crumbs, dry
1

onion, grated
4 oz

tomato sauce
salt and pepper
SAUCE
4 oz

tomato sauce
1 c

water
2 Tbsp

brown sugar
2 Tbsp

vinegar
2 Tbsp

mustard, prepared

How To Make sweet & sour meatloaf

Mix all ingredients & form into a loaf.

Brown lightly under a broiler.

Mix together the sauce ingredients and pour over meatloaf.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour basting often with sauce.
