Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
How To Make sweet-n-sour ribs

Step 1Cut ribs into individual rib portions. Place ribs into a large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2Heat a deep sauce pan or electric skillet, add oil, and stir-fry ribs until browned.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
