These ribs are a family favorite! They are so tender they fall off the bone and the flavor is perfect.

baby back ribs
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
minced ginger
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/4 c
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/2 tsp
2 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
soy sauce, low sodium
3 Tbsp
cider vinegar
1 c

How to Make Sweet-n-Sour Ribs


  • 1Cut ribs into individual rib portions. Place ribs into a large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2Heat a deep sauce pan or electric skillet, add oil, and stir-fry ribs until browned.
  • 3Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
