sweet and sour meatloaf
This recipe was given to me by a family friend and is a great standby for meatloaf night

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp minced onion
- 15 ozs tomato sauce halved
- TOPPING
- half tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
How To Make sweet and sour meatloaf

Step 1Base ingredients mix all together. Bake in pan at 350 for 50 minutes

Step 2Topping mix all together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over meatloaf and bake for 10 minutes
