This is a great recipe for potlucks or family get togethers You can use frozen meatballs in place of making your own.

Ingredients For sweet and sour meatballs

2 lbground chuck

1 1/2 ccracker crumbs

2/3 cmilk

2eggs

1 1/2 cketchup
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

8 Tbspvinegar

1 cwater

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1onion sliced
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

1Mix ground chuck with cracker crumbs, milk and eggs. form into balls for meatballs, or use 4lb bag of frozen meatballs. Cook your formed meatballs till brown, or brown frozen meatballs in oven.

2In a large sauce pan boil together ketchup, worchestershire sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar, and onion. pour sauce over meatballs.

3You can bake at 350 degrees, or put in crock pot and slow cook for 2 - 3 hours. I prefer the crockpot.
