Ingredients For sweet and sour meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 8 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1
    onion sliced

How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

    Mix ground chuck with cracker crumbs, milk and eggs. form into balls for meatballs, or use 4lb bag of frozen meatballs. Cook your formed meatballs till brown, or brown frozen meatballs in oven.

    In a large sauce pan boil together ketchup, worchestershire sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar, and onion. pour sauce over meatballs.

    You can bake at 350 degrees, or put in crock pot and slow cook for 2 - 3 hours. I prefer the crockpot.
