Ingredients
- 1-2 pound ground beef
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash - pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 10 ounces grape jelly
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

Step 1Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion. Make small meatballs.

Step 2Heat chili sauce, jelly, and lemon juice in a heavy skillet until blended. Add meatballs, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
