Ingredients For sweet and sour meatballs

  • MEATBALLS
  • 2 c
    dry bread crumbs
  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • SAUCE
  • 2 c
    ketchup
  • 5 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 c
    brown sugar

How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

    Combine and mix hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and garlic salt. Form into meatballs and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray to keep the meatballs from sticking to the foil. Bake meatballs in a 375° oven until done. When the meatballs are done, put them in a crockpot.

    Mix ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, water and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs and bake on LOW setting for 4 hours.
