How to Make Sweet and Sour Meatballs
- Combine and mix hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and garlic salt. Form into meatballs and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray to keep the meatballs from sticking to the foil. Bake meatballs in a 375° oven until done. When the meatballs are done, put them in a crockpot.
- Mix ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, water and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs and bake on LOW setting for 4 hours.
- Serve over rice.
