Ingredients
- MEATBALLS
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- SAUCE
- 2 cups ketchup
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
How To Make sweet and sour meatballs

Step 1Combine and mix hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, salt and garlic salt. Form into meatballs and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray to keep the meatballs from sticking to the foil. Bake meatballs in a 375° oven until done. When the meatballs are done, put them in a crockpot.

Step 2Mix ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, water and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs and bake on LOW setting for 4 hours.

Step 3Serve over rice.
