Sweet and Sour Meatball Simmer

Ingredients

3/4 lb(3/4 of 16 oz pkg.) frozen prepared meatballs

1 mediumeach red and yellow pepper, cut in chunks

1/4 cwater
-
1/4 capricot jam
-
1/4 ccatalina dressing (i used homemade)

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
3/4 tspeach ground ginger and garlic powder

2 ccooked rice
How to Make Sweet and Sour Meatball Simmer
- Combine all ingredients except rice in large skillet; cover. Cook on medium heat 10 mins. stirring occasionally.
- Increase heat to medium high; uncover. Cook 8-10 minutes. or till sauce is thickened and meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over hot cooked rice. I added canned pineapple instead of peppers since I didn't have any peppers on hand. It was good and I didn't cook quite as long.
