Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon instant onion, minced
- 15 ounces tomato sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
How To Make sweet-and-sour meat loaf

Step 1Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs.

Step 2Add onion and half of the tomato sauce.

Step 3Form into a loaf in a 9x5x3 inch pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Step 5In saucepan, combine sugars, vinegar, mustard and remaining tomato sauce.

Step 6Bring to a boil.

Step 7Pour over meat loaf; bake 10 minutes more.
