Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup carrots, sliced or chopped
- 1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cubed or sliced
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 to 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked according to pkg directions
How To Make sweet and sour beef over noodles

Step 1Combine first 8 ingredients in crock pot.

Step 2Sear sirloin steak cubes or pieces to slightly brown before adding to crock pot.

Step 3Cook on high for appx 5 hours, depending on crock pot. Mix cornstarch with water and add to crock pot. Cook on low an additional half hour until thickened.

Step 4Serve over noodles.
