Ingredients
- 1 - beef brisket (3-3 1/2 lbs), cut in half
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 - envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sweet and savory brisket

Step 1Place half of the beef brisket in a 5-qt slow cooker. In a bowl combine the ketchup, jelly, soup mix, and pepper; spread half over the meat. Top with remaining meat and ketchup mixture.

Step 2Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice the brisket; serve with cooking juices.
