Ingredients

  • 1 - beef brisket (3-3 1/2 lbs), cut in half
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup grape jelly
  • 1 - envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make sweet and savory brisket

  • Step 1
    Place half of the beef brisket in a 5-qt slow cooker. In a bowl combine the ketchup, jelly, soup mix, and pepper; spread half over the meat. Top with remaining meat and ketchup mixture.
  • Step 2
    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender. Slice the brisket; serve with cooking juices.
