Ingredients
- 1 pound beef tenderloin cut into cubes
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make sweet and salty shaking beef

Step 1Mix the garlic fish sauce soy sauce and sugar together in a bowl. Add the beef and let marinate at room temp for 1 hour.

Step 2Place a wok or large skillet on stove over high heat and let it get hot about 2 minutes. Add the oil and let sit for 30 seconds.

Step 3Carefully pour in the beef mixture shaking the pan continuously getting a nice sear on all sides of the meat and let it cook until your desired inside temp. I like medium rare so I only cooked it about 2 minutes. Add the butter to the pan the last minute of cooking and let it melt to make a nice pan sauce to serve with the meat.
