How to Make Sweedish Meatballs
- 1Cook onion in butter until tender not brown. Combine meat and seasoning and mix thoroughly. Mix in flour, mix in egg. Gradually mix in cream. Add onion.
- 2Form into 1 inch balls and brown in a little additional butter. Turn balls to cook evenly. Remove excess fat. Add consume. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes on low! Simmer on low and keep basting with juice until juice is gone.
