This is a recipe from my wonderful friend, Kim. I love you Kim.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 1 bunch beef consume
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make sweedish meatballs

  • Step 1
    Cook onion in butter until tender not brown. Combine meat and seasoning and mix thoroughly. Mix in flour, mix in egg. Gradually mix in cream. Add onion.
  • Step 2
    Form into 1 inch balls and brown in a little additional butter. Turn balls to cook evenly. Remove excess fat. Add consume. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes on low! Simmer on low and keep basting with juice until juice is gone.
