My aunt makes these and they are so good and of course hers taste a whole lot better then when I make them

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 small onion

How To Make sweedish meatballs

  • Step 1
    preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • Step 2
    chop up onion into small pieces
  • Step 3
    In large bowl combine Hamburger, oatmeal, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the onion, and milk mix
  • Step 4
    roll mixture into small balls place in oiled baking dish
  • Step 5
    In another bowl mix your ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, worchestire sauce, and remaining onion
  • Step 6
    spoon mixture over top of meatballs if needed can make more sauce depends on how much you want
  • Step 7
    place in oven covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
