Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 c
    quick oatmeal
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 small
    onion
  • 1 c
    milk
  • SAUCE

  • 1 c
    ketchup
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 small
    onion

How to Make Sweedish Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  2. chop up onion into small pieces
  3. In large bowl combine Hamburger, oatmeal, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the onion, and milk mix
  4. roll mixture into small balls place in oiled baking dish
  5. In another bowl mix your ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, worchestire sauce, and remaining onion
  6. spoon mixture over top of meatballs if needed can make more sauce depends on how much you want
  7. place in oven covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
