Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup milk
- SAUCE
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 small onion
How To Make sweedish meatballs

Step 1preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2chop up onion into small pieces

Step 3In large bowl combine Hamburger, oatmeal, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the onion, and milk mix

Step 4roll mixture into small balls place in oiled baking dish

Step 5In another bowl mix your ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, worchestire sauce, and remaining onion

Step 6spoon mixture over top of meatballs if needed can make more sauce depends on how much you want

Step 7place in oven covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
