My aunt makes these and they are so good and of course hers taste a whole lot better then when I make them

Ingredients

2 lb
hamburger
1 c
quick oatmeal
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 small
onion
1 c
milk

SAUCE

1 c
ketchup
1/2 c
water
2 tsp
sugar
2 tsp
vinegar
3 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 small
onion

How to Make Sweedish Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2chop up onion into small pieces
  • 3In large bowl combine Hamburger, oatmeal, salt, pepper, 3/4 of the onion, and milk mix
  • 4roll mixture into small balls place in oiled baking dish
  • 5In another bowl mix your ketchup, water, sugar, vinegar, worchestire sauce, and remaining onion
  • 6spoon mixture over top of meatballs if needed can make more sauce depends on how much you want
  • 7place in oven covered with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour
