I love this recipe, grew up with my gram who is Swedish and this one is a great tasting dish! I came across this recipe years ago on the nestle's site, been making it ever since! Recipe Source ~ Nestles.com

Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons nestle instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon gournd nutmet
- GRAVY:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound dry noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make swedish meatballs with noodles

Step 1FOR MEATBALLS Preheat oven to 350* In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into 2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain and reserve fat drippings for gravy.

Step 2FOR GRAVY In large saucepan, combine fat drippings and vegetable oil making 1/2 cup total. Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil, let boil 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in broth, evaporated milk, dill and pepper and continue to cook until gravy comes to a boil and slightly thickens. Add meatballs. Serve over noodles. 14 points per serving
