1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 cchopped onions

1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1/2 cwater

1 largeegg, lightly beaten

2 Tbspnestle instant nonfat dry milk

1 tspgarlic salt

1/4 tspgournd nutmet

GRAVY:
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 cflour
-
2 1/2 cbeef broth
-
1 cevaporated milk
-
1/4 tspdried dill weed
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1 lbdry noodles, cooked and drained
How to Make Swedish Meatballs with Noodles
- FOR GRAVY
In large saucepan, combine fat drippings and vegetable oil making 1/2 cup total. Add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil, let boil 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in broth, evaporated milk, dill and pepper and continue to cook until gravy comes to a boil and slightly thickens. Add meatballs. Serve over noodles.
