This recipe is great because it is fast and easy to make. The fam loves it Especially over those egg noodles! Can also be made in the slow cooker!! Leftovers freeze great and make for great, satisfiying lunches...
- 1 pkg
- frozen cooked meatballs ( or you can make/form your own)
- 2 pkg
- brown gravy mix
- onion chopped
- 1/4 tsp
- ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce
- 8oz jar(s)
- sour cream
- 6 cups
- hot cooked egg noodles
How to Make Swedish Meatballs
- 1Make brown gravy mixture according to directions. Before cooking Add together all remaining ingredients except for sour cream and noodles
- 2let cook about 10-15 mins or until you are certain your meatballs are cooked through.
Then gradually stir 1/2 cup of hot gravy into sour cream, and add back to mixture.
- 3Serve over hot cooked egg noodles, and sprinkle with parsley
can also use a can of sliced mushrooms if you like :)
