This recipe is great because it is fast and easy to make. The fam loves it Especially over those egg noodles! Can also be made in the slow cooker!! Leftovers freeze great and make for great, satisfiying lunches...

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cooked meatballs ( or you can make/form your own)
  • 2 packages brown gravy mix
  • 1lg - onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - ground allspice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 8oz jars sour cream
  • 6 cups - hot cooked egg noodles

How To Make swedish meatballs

  • Step 1
    Make brown gravy mixture according to directions. Before cooking Add together all remaining ingredients except for sour cream and noodles
  • Step 2
    let cook about 10-15 mins or until you are certain your meatballs are cooked through. Then gradually stir 1/2 cup of hot gravy into sour cream, and add back to mixture.
  • Step 3
    Serve over hot cooked egg noodles, and sprinkle with parsley can also use a can of sliced mushrooms if you like :)
