2Saute onions, mushrooms and sno pea pods in olive oil until tender
3Mix meats with dry ingredients then add sauted veggies and mix.
4Add wet ingredients: milk, eggs, and tomato soup and mix well.
5Pour mix into large loaf pan and level so it is evenly spread out.
6Cook in preheated oven at 350 for 1/2 to 1 hour or unitl center is done. Let sit for about 10 minutes before cutting. Will be slightly pink colored due to soup so don't over cook. We had this with scored potatoes and fresh carrotts,
7The next day we made sandwiches for lunch with it cold. Delicious with a little spicy mustard or ketchup.
