Ingredients
- - 1 pound ground beef
- - 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- - 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- - 2 tbsp. flour
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 1/2 tsp. pepper
- - 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 cup milk
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- - 1 cup flour (don’t use self rising flour in this recipe)
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
How To Make supper popover

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Cook and stir ground beef in large skillet til brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt the pepper and parsley flakes.

Step 2Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 inches. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 3Beat eggs, milk, oil, 1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt with and beater; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with onions. Bake til puffy and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve at once. Serves 6
