Didn't want to wait until The Superbowl to make this Quick and Easy Meal! To make it more of a dinner,I added a side salad!
Diced tomatoes on top might be nice too!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard,yellow
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar,doesn't have to be firmly packed.
  • 1 small
    jar salsa con queso cheese dip
  • 16 oz
    bag tortilla chips

How to Make Superbowl Party Nachos

Step-by-Step

  1. In a Large skillet, brown up ground beef. drain off fat. Reduce heat. Add in Ketchup,mustard,and brown sugar. Stir to combine.
  2. In a Microwave Safe, heat cheese dip thorougly.
    Layer a plate with the tortilla chips, pouring warm sloppy joe mix over the chips. When queso dip is heated, drizzle over chips, and serve.
