This is my favorite unstuffed meatloaf, it literally melts in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash original blend
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 - sleeve of cracker crumbs, crushed
- 2 - egg
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce mix
- TOMATO SAUCE MIX
- 2 cans (4oz) tomato sauce, no salt added
- 1/2 teaspoon bold & spicy mustard
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup worchestshire sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash original blend
- 1/2-1 cup water
How To Make everyday meatloaf

Step 1In small saucepan mix together TOMATO SAUCE MIX ingredients well, EXCEPT water. Add the water AFTER you add about 1/2 c of this mix to meatloaf mix. Then heat sauce on low until meatloaf is done.

Step 2In a large bowl add meat, spices, cracker crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and eggs until combined. Add just enough TOMATO SAUCE MIX to make meat moist, but not too wet. Mix together well. Form into a loaf and place in baking dish, bake 350º for about 1 hr - 1 1/2 hrs. or until internal temp reaches 155-160º. Brush sauce on top about every 15 minutes while baking.
