Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- vegetable cooking spray
- 4 hamburger buns, whole wheat
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 slices onion, sliced and separated in rings
How To Make sunburgers

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.

Step 2Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2\" thick patty.

Step 3Coat a grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over hot coals.

Step 4Place patties on rack, and cook 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.

Step 5Line bottom half of each bun with a lettuce leaf; top with a patty, tomato slice, onion rings, and top half of bun.

Step 6Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
