summer's meatloaf
(1 RATING)
One of my family's favorites!!! I developed this recipe by experimenting with my favorite hamburgers in mind. The spicy sauce on top is excellent with the meatloaf.

How To Make summer's meatloaf
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Mix everything but ketchup and hot sauce together. Don't mix to much just until combined. It's best to break up the hamburger before adding rest of ingredients this helps. Form into loaf into 9 X 13 casserole pan.
-
Step 2In separate bowl, combine ketchup and hot sauce. Spread on top of meatloaf.
-
Step 3Bake in oven until no longer pink inside. Usually about 50 minutes. If you make the loaf really thick, it takes longer to bake.
-
Step 4best when served with mashed potatoes. Enjoy. This also makes wonderful meatloaf sandwiches the next day.
