i found a recipe for stuffed peppers that had stuffing it and decided to try stuffing in meatloaf..it is the best ever

2lb - ground beef
2 boxes - stove top herb stuffing
2 cups - water, hot
2 large eggs
1 can tomatoe sauce

How To Make stuffing meatloaf

Step 1

mix the 2 boxes of stuffing and water together to moisten..then mix in the rest of the ingredents.mix well with hands..place mix in square pan or dish...bake on 350 for about 45 minutes..or untill done..

Step 2

this is the best recipe i have come up with for meat loaf..all others i have done always come out to moist or to dry this one is perfect my hubby loves it..
