    lean ground beef
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 6 oz
    box stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce (save 1/2 for top)

How to Make Stuffing Meatloaf


  1. Mix all together (using half the barbecue sauce). Shape meat into oval in 13x9 pan. Top with other half of barbecue sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately an hour or until done.
