ground beef - raw
1 large
onion - chopped
2 c
celery - chopped
1 can(s)
mushrooms - large can - drained
1 pkg
stuffing mix, chicken
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup

How to Make Stuffing Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together in a large casserole or dutch oven the ground beef, onion, celery and large can of mushrooms. Top with the stuffing cubes. ADD NO WATER.
  • 2In medium size bowl, mix together the soups. DO NOT DILUTE. Pour over the top of the mixture in the casserole dish.
  • 3Cover and bake in 350* oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
  • 4You may add a can of vegetables if you like. Mixed vegetables works well.
