Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef - raw
- 1 large onion - chopped
- 2 cups celery - chopped
- 1 can mushrooms - large can - drained
- 1 package stuffing mix, chicken
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make stuffing casserole

Step 1Mix together in a large casserole or dutch oven the ground beef, onion, celery and large can of mushrooms. Top with the stuffing cubes. ADD NO WATER.

Step 2In medium size bowl, mix together the soups. DO NOT DILUTE. Pour over the top of the mixture in the casserole dish.

Step 3Cover and bake in 350* oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Step 4You may add a can of vegetables if you like. Mixed vegetables works well.
