  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2-8oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning (find at local sam's club seasoning isle)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 6 - green bell peppers

  • Step 1
    PLACE RICE AND WATER IN SAUCEPAN. BRING TO BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND COVER. SIMMERING FOR 20 MINUTES IN MEDIUM SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT BROWN HAMBURGER THOUROUGHLY REMOVE SND DISCARD TOPS, SEEDS AND MEMBRANES OF BELL PEPPERS
  • Step 2
    PLACE PEPPERS IN BAKING DISH IN LARGE BOWL MIX BROWNED BEEF, COOKED RICE, 1 CAN TOMATO SAUCE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER. SPOON EQUAL AMOUNTS OF MIXTURE INTO EACH HOLLOWED PEPPER
  • Step 3
    MIX REMAINING TOMATO SAUCE AND POUR OVER STUFFED PEPPERS.BAKE FOR ONE HOUR @ 350 DEGREES BASTE EVERY 15 MINUTES, UNTIL PEPPERS ARE TENDER
